The City of Camden, known for historical significance, horses, and trees, continues an ongoing effort to bury all power lines in their downtown proper. In the commercial and residential area (about 2.5 square miles) they have converted about ¾ of services to underground lines. In addition, they have installed decorative mast arm traffic poles at ten intersections.
