Design and construction administration/inspection services for electric power substations of various types. These include industrial substations ranging from 500 kVA at 480 Volts to 20 MVA at 44 kV and utility transmission and distribution substations up to 100 MVA and 230 KV primary.
Design of electric transmission lines in all standard voltages from 44 kV to 230 kV. Electric distribution line projects range from 2.4 kV to 34.5 kV. These projects have included both overhead and underground construction, and have involved conversion under energized conditions, as well as new line construction. Self-supported steel and concrete poles have been utilized in line designs up to 230 kV.

Design of peak shaving and emergency standby generation for electric utilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, data centers, and other commercial and industrial facilities. Projects have been designed using generators rated from 10 KW to 3000 KW. Total project capacities range up to 24 MW. The accumulated capacity of Southeastern designed generation facilities exceeds 300 MW.
Southeastern has performed numerous types of electric power system studies. We have performed arc flash studies since 2005 for over 17 electric utility systems, 25 generator sites, 110 sewer lift-stations, 10 water and wastewater plants, and various commercial and industrial facilities.
